Different transportation means to get to Pension Alamar, from the most important points, are the following:

- Barcelona Airport - El Prat. You have three options: Train, Taxi or Aerobús.

- Train: is the fastest and cheapest way. There are trains every 20 minutes, and the trip to Plaça Catalunya takes 15-20 minutes. From there, you’ll have to take the Metro at the station of Catalunya (Line 3, color green), to Drassanes (2 stops). When coming out to the Rambla, quite near at your right you’ll see a narrow street called Escudellers, at the end of which you have Pension Alamar.

- Taxi: The ride takes about 25 minutes (14 km.), and the average price is around 30 €, depending on the time of the day, and the luggage.

- Aerobús (A1): This bus leaves the airport every 15 minutes, and it gets to Plaça Catalunya in about 35 minutes. Afterwards, you have to proceed as indicated for the Train.

- Girona Airport: There is a line of buses from Girona Airport to Estació del Nord, in Barcelona. From there, you can take a taxi, or the Metro at the nearby station of Arc del Triomf (Line 1, color red), to Plaça Catalunya. Once there, you have to change trains, and take line 3 (color green), to Drassanes (2 stops).

- Sants Central Station: From there you have to take the Metro (it’s in the same premises), direction Canyelles, to Drassanes (5 stops).

- França Station: This not very frequently used terminal is at 15 minutes walking from and to the Pension. When leaving the Station, you turn left to Passeig de Colom. In about ten minutes you’ll find on your right a narrow street called Simó Oller. By taking it, in a few minutes you’ll find yourself in Avinyó Street. And a few yards further, in the corner with Comtessa de Sobradiel, there is the Pension.
